Here's the John Williams soundtrack to Altman's riff on Polanski's Repulsion. Altman creates a dreamlike atmosphere, telling the story through the eyes of Susanna York, whose character just happens to be going insane. Beautiful cinematography (as usual) by Vilmos Zsigmond. A cryptic movie that is worth the time spent puzzling over (unlike, say, Quintet).

This is a terrific movie, and the score is a favourite of mine too, very eerie stuff by John Williams & Stomu Yamashta, the latter on weird percussion all over.
thanks - this is great! although the audio files seem corrupted in some way. there's lots of skips and bloops, starting around the third track. at first i thought it was the normal vinyl ticks, but this seems different. does it sound this way on your end?
